Simply Marinas represented both parties for a quick seamless closing. The sale was handled confidentially by the Simply Marinas team.

KAM Marine, Jefferson, is a full-service marina on 11.5+/- fee simple acres. The facility offers covered and uncovered wet slips, heated indoor storage, rack storage building, and outdoor dry storage for boats up to 60’. KAM offers engine repair; fiberglass & paint specialists, interior & exterior restorations, insurance repairs, and boat sales in a dealer showroom with major street-frontage. The facility has in-place management and is absentee owned.

The facility enjoys a great location, 20 minutes from downtown Detroit, with a tremendous amount of recent site improvements done in the past few years: new roof repairs, new roof over coverage boat wells, storage door replacement and equipment maintained. In 2020/2021, the seller spent around $300,000 to ad a concrete floor, insulation and heating to the rack storage building.
